Apr 14, 2008 (Weekly Tax Bulletin - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) has handed down its decision in the case of "Roche Products Pty Ltd and FCT". The case concerns transfer pricing adjustments issued by the Australian Taxation Office to Roche, a unit of Swiss firm Roche Holdings, after an examination of its tax records for the 1992 to 2000 income years.
