BEIJING, April 14 Asia Pulse - China's financial institutions have been urged to pay attention to risk control amid overseas expansion by drawing a lesson from others and assuming a prudent manner, according to high-rank officials and economists at the ongoing annual conference of Boao Forum for Asia.
Currently, risks mainly lie in the hard-to-predict impact of the subprime crisis on the world economy and China's lack of experience in large-scale
transnational mergers and acquisitions.
