PENSIONERS can now benefit from a new national bus pass which allows travel anywhere in England.
The pass, which was launched at the beginning of April, is available for anyone aged 60 or over or who has certain disabilities.
Anyone with one of the passes can travel anywhere in England after 9.30am between Monday and Friday, and at any time at the weekend or on bank holidays.
East Riding of Yorkshire Council also offers a pre-9.30am pass for the ERYC area and some neighbouring areas for an annual charge of [pounds sterling]15.
