Norwegian aquaculture group Cermaq ASA (OSE:CEQ) said on Tuesday (15 April) that its 72.5%-owned grain trading subsidiary, Norgrain AS, has declared an option to purchase a further 20% of the shares of soybeans importer and processor Denofa AS.
Norgrain is acquiring the shares from Oraveien Industripark AS, a company in the Borregaard group, for NOK10.7m.
