INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - LEGAL: State Rail Co in Legal Dispute with Former Insurance Business - State rail company MAV Zrt cut its ties with insurance company MAV ABE in 2006, and has not been in any official way associated with the company since, said MAV Zrt legal director, Marta Neumann. In fact, besides a financial debate, MAV has also lodged a lawsuit against the insurer for continuing to use the 'MAV' brand in its name without any legitimate basis, Neumann said.
