A man labeled a sexually violent predator because of a string of indecent exposure convictions is standing trial for another such crime, just months after his release from prison.
Timothy E. Schrei ber, 48, is accused of exposing himself to a laundry clerk in Wheat Ridge.
In October 2006, Schreiber was the subject of a community meeting hosted by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at Drake Middle School. It was to let the neighborhood know that Schreiber had been released from prison and was moving to the area. The sheriff also used a reverse 911 system to let residents know his address.
