Padded, underwired bras aimed at young girls are being sold in the children's section of Tesco in Diss.
The bras, which come in sizes as small as a 28A, are pink with a spotted design and a lacy trim and can be found in the childrenswear aisle of the supermarket.
Mother Lucy Gleeson, from Eye, said she did not understand why the bras were on sale.
"I am shocked - I don't really see why it's necessary," she said.
"To me it is encouraging horrible things."
But a Tesco spokesman said they were training bras and that similar styles had been sold by every clothes retailer on the high street for years.
