MEDFORD, Ore. -- Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), is pleased to announce that Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Fort Myers, Florida, will become its newest affiliate. The boards of directors of both PRS and Lee Healthcare Resources have approved the PRS purchase of Cypress Cove at HealthPark Florida, Inc., and the transaction is expected to be completed within 120 days. Both PRS and Cypress Cove are private, not-for-profit organizations.
