SOUTH BOSTON, Va. -- Hilden America Inc. (www.hildenamerica.com) announced today that it has completed a recapitalization financed and backed by Washington, DC-based private equity firm Pine Creek Partners (www.pinecreekpartners.com) in partnership with SunTrust Bank.
