ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Gaming International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GDFI) today announced that the Rhode Island Supreme Court had ruled that former Governor Sundlun did not have the authority to bind the State to the Tribal/State compact that exists between the State and the Narragansett Tribe for Class III gaming on tribal land in Charlestown, Rhode Island, near Providence.
