A local history group has been formed in Cragg Vale.
More than 40 people attended an inaugral meeting in Cragg Vale Sunday School, when it was agreed to form a group to meet regularly to delve into the history of Cragg Vale.
Topics such as the Hinchliffe family, and the many mills that once lined the valley were put forward for presentations at future meetings. A time line of history through the ages was considered to be an interesting subject of research for ...
