If you like garlic, you may be getting more than just a taste sensation--you may also be reducing your risk of colorectal cancer (CRC), according to a review in the October issue of The Journal of Nutrition. Researchers evaluated all studies done in the past 10 years on the effects of garlic on CRC and found "consistent scientific evidence" that garlic reduces the risk of CRC in both animals and humans.
