We often associate food allergies with infants and young children, most of whom eventually outgrow their negative reactions to certain foods. But for many adults, food allergies can linger and often go undiagnosed for many years.
Unfortunately, the only reliable treatment method for food allergies is avoidance--and the sooner your condition is diagnosed, the sooner you can make adjustments in your diet.
