When it comes to getting enough calcium, a good old-fashioned glass of milk may still be your best source. Despite the proliferation of supplements on the market, doctors still recommend getting calcium from your diet.
That idea was supported recently by a study of 168 healthy postmenopausal women, who received their calcium either from food sources, supplements or a combination of the two.
