ARKANSAS TWISTERS TEAM president Jack Lankford describes every home game at Alltel Arena as "putting on a Riverfest" eight weekends a year, from boisterous pre-game tailgate parties to music after the indoor football has died down. For that reason, some wonder whether indoor football--which on the arenafootball2 level is basically semipro for the players--is a sport or simply entertainment.
The Twisters fans who follow not only the home games but travel to road contests--and there are several of those in a team booster club--will say it's both.
