RUMFORD, Maine, Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Claiming his fifth national title in six years, Hyundai Elantra driver, Paul Choiniere, won the 1995 SCCA/Michelin PRO Rally Drivers Championship at the Maine Forest Rally this past weekend. Finishing in second place, Choiniere and co-driver Jeff Becker faced sub-zero temperatures and icy roads on their way to the Championship victory. Choiniere, who had hoped for a snowy event, said the conditions made the event both challenging and enjoyable.
