VANCOUVER, BC--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 1995--TAN RANGE EXPLORATION(Alberta Stock Exchange:TNX.A) Tan Range Exploration Corporation announces that the formal Joint Venture Agreement with JCI Limited ("JCI") of South Africa was signed on November 22, 1995. The formal Closing took place in Vancouver, Canada on December 5, 1995.
At Closing, JCI purchased by private placement 3,947,100 Units of Tan Range, each consisting of one Class "A" Voting Share ("Common Share") and one Common Share Purchase Warrant ("Warrant") at a price of $0.60 per Unit for an aggregate subscription price of $2,368,260.
