ELMSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 1995--KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and the Kenyan government are in final stages of an agreement to acquire a 26% holding by KLM in the Kenyan national carrier Kenya Airways.

The Kenyan government has in principal accepted a KLM bid for the holding.
