All work and no pay?
Why is it so difficult to find good help in this industry? There are many factors that come into play. One that potentially has the greatest impact is rarely mentioned. Many other industries are also hurting for workers, so we're all competing for the same shrinking labor pool.
My mentor and colleague Rod Dickens wrote a spectacular piece on the labor crunch in the April issue of PRO Magazine (promagazine.com). Some interesting statistics were revealed.
