SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1996--The Exploration Company (TXCO) announced today that it has tested significant quantities of gas from its Paloma "B" No. 2-112 in the Glen Rose formation in Maverick County, Texas.

The well flowed at rates up to 2,467,000 cubic feet per day and 30 barrels of condensate per day through perforations from 5,590 to 5,610 feet. The well has an absolute open flow potential (AOF) of approximately 20,000,000 cubic feet of gas per day.
