The Planet, the world's largest privately held dedicated hosting company, and NTT America, Inc. (NTTA), a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of NTT Communications Corporation and a global enterprise solution provider that integrates networks, hosting and Web infrastructure services, has announced that The Planet will offer its more than 22,000 customers access to IPv6, the next-generation Internet protocol. Development on the project begins immediately, and The Planet expects to announce availability in late 2008.
