New seminars on two "hot" topics--green buildings and appraising in declining markets--as well as several social events and the opportunity to attend education sessions and exhibits, sponsored by the International Right of Way Association, are on tap for those attending the Appraisal Institute's multi-regional meetings being held in Austin, Texas. The meetings will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel June 19-25, 2008.
