Given the complexities that appraisers frequently face in assignments dealing with subdivisions, the Appraisal Institute has published a new text on that subject. Subdivision Valuation, by Don M. Emerson, Jr., MAI, SRA, will assist appraisers in mastering the challenges of subdivision valuation and avoiding common errors found in subdivision appraisal reports.
