I write this on a cold, snowy night, realizing that the days will be warm and green when this issue arrives in readers' mailboxes. Things will have begun to take root and sprout, as will these ideas from Diane, Lee, and Fred when their colleagues read and apply them. With this potential of idea spread, it's easy to "Think Spring!"--even on a dark January evening. Thanks to our contributors for their generosity and a promise of warm days to come.
