VIRGINIA BEACH, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 1996--Mr. Keith Alessi has been named to the Board of Directors of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in Virginia Beach, effective Jan. 1, 1996.
Mr. Alessi will fill the position left vacant by Mr. Daniel Grunberg.
From 1988-1992, Mr. Alessi served as the president of Farm Fresh Inc., a $1 billion grocery chain headquartered in Hampton Roads, Va.
