I am simply baffled by the MacBook Air. Unless you intend to wrap it in a Dolce & Gabbana handbag and use it as an ultramodern Internet device at the spa, the MacBook Air seems beyond useless to me. No battery, no FireWire port, no remote. Does it look great? Sure, but just because it looks great doesn't mean it's worth the money--especially when you consider its extreme limitations.

Let me get this straight: slower speed, smaller screen, smaller hard drive, and more expensive than a MacBook, all to save a few millimeters in depth? I think I'll keep my MacBook Pro.
