Parker Hannifin Corp. has acquired control of HTR Holding Corp. and its subsidiary companies, adding significant technical and manufacturing resources to supply elastomeric and plastic components to the medical industry.
The capital stock purchase, completed April 4, includes rubber and silicone parts manufacturing operations Hi-Tech Rubber Inc. and Accusil Inc.; rubber molder A.C. Hoffman Engineering Inc.; and plastic molders Inland Technologies Inc., Ventrex Inc. and Infinity Plastics L.L.C.
