A man was found stabbed to death at a house in Leeds early today.
A murder investigation was launched after a friend of the murder victim apparently called at a nearby takeway - and made "certain remarks" to staff.
Officers raced to the house - in Bexley Place, Harehills - and discovered the body of a man. He is believed to have died from stab wounds. Detectives were today trying to formally identify the dead man.
Police said that a 35-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of murder. He was taken to Stainbeck Police station where he was being questioned today.
