MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 1995-- QUEBECOR PRINTING INC. (TSE, ME:IQI) Quebecor Printing Inc. is pleased to announce that in connection with the proposed public offering of 16 million Subordinate Voting Shares of the Company both in the United States and Canada, it has received approval for listing upon notice of issuance on the New York Stock Exchange.
Closing of the offering is expected to occur in mid-December, 1995.
The Company's symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will be "PRW".
The Company's amended Short Form Preliminary Prospectus has been made available for distribution as of November 20, 1995.
