Mr K 'knew I was 13 when we had sex'
The woman at the centre of the landmark sex case said the man cleared of assaulting her knew she was 13 at the time.
The now 27-year-old Mr K became the first person to successfully argue that he thought the girl with whom he'd had sex was older than she was.
But the woman involved, who is now 20, said both of them knew there was a seven-year age gap between them.
The north Dublin woman was adamant that, although she drank almost a half pint of vodka throughout the day in question, Mr K could not have thought she was an adult.
