HONOLULU, April 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pacific Land and Coffee Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: PLFF) announced today that it has elected John Hales and Dennis Nielsen to the Board of Directors. Mr. Nielsen was also elected as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Hales was elected as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hales is the representative of the investor group which has funded the development of tropical plant technology for the Company. Mr. Nielsen has been advising the Company on acquisitions. Finally, Tyrus Young was elected as Secretary in addition to his office as Chief Financial Officer.
