ISRAEL'S BEN-GURION UNIVERSITY AND VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY WILL OPEN THE ZANDMAN CENTER FOR MICROELECTRONICS

MALVERN, Pa., Dec. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH) announced today that Israel's Ben-Gurion University, in collaboration with Vishay, will officially open The Zandman Center for Microelectronics on January 3, 1996. The Center, named after Dr. Felix Zandman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., will focus its research on new technologies and products to be used in the field of microelectronics.
