Norwegian company Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (OSE:EMS) said on Friday (25 April) that it has agreed to sell its manufacturing subsidiary Stromme NME AS to the maritime industrial company Eide Marine Tech AS.
Stromme NME, based in Husnes, Norway, manufactures lifeboats and other maritime equipment. The company has operations in Norway and China, and annual revenues of NOK65m.
