In Preston Sturges' 1944 screwball comedy "The Miracle of Morgan's Creek," comedienne extraordinaire Betty Hutton plays Trudy Kockenlocker (I kid you not), a not-so-innocent small-town gal who wakes up the day after a party for departing troops to discover that she is a) married and b) pregnant. But she can't remember who is the husband or father of her baby.
