SELKIRK dog show on Sunday was the biggest in its history.
Entries came from as far afield as Yorkshire, Dundee and Glasgow for the special show in the Victoria Halls as organisers, Selkirk and District Canine Society, celebrates its 80th anniversary this year.
Club secretary Eddie Webster said: "The show was excellent. It ran like clockwork, everybody enjoyed it and there was a super atmosphere - the whole thing was buzzing all day.
"It was the biggest show we've ever had. We were able to offer good prizes which attracted people, and the judges came from far and wide, which people obviously liked."
