The Dodgers will announce today the commitment of a half-billion dollars in an attempt to make Dodger Stadium one of the most fan-friendly ballparks in the country.
According to information obtained by the LosAngeles Newspaper Group, the Dodgers are planning on turning a large portion of the parking lot beyond center field into a grand entryway for the stadium.
Other additions include a plaza inside the new stadium entrance, an outdoor deck area at the stadium's top level, a Dodgers history museum, amodern promenade and the construction of multiple restaurants.
