BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 1996--The board of directors of Hilton Hotels Corp. has elected Carey J. Dutton vice president and counsel, according to Barron Hilton, chairman and chief executive officer.
Dutton most recently served as counsel for the company.
"Dutton has played a critical role in providing valuable legal direction to our company and its subsidiaries for 12 years," said Hilton. "In her new capacity, Dutton's extensive legal expertise will be utilized more fully."
