WINDSOR, Conn., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytel Cardiac Services (formerly Cardiac Datacorp-CardioCare), a division of Raytel Medical Corporation and the leading provider of transtelephonic cardiac monitoring services, has announced the national introduction of its new Transtelephonic Cardiac Rehabilitation (TCR) service. TCR is a home-based cardiac rehabilitation program developed for cardiac patients unable to participate in traditional hospital programs. It is estimated that annually only 15% of 1.5 million eligible patients in the United States participate in hospital-based programs.
