ALICE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 23, 1996--Ponder Industries Inc. (NASDAQ,NM,BSE:PNDR), an oilfield service company specializing in fishing tools for the recovery of unwanted obstructions in the bore holes of oil wells, today announced it has elected Eugene L. Butler a director, increasing the board to nine members.
