Disabled young people, as young as 15, are having their futures snatched as their teenage years become a slippery slope denying many of education, work, housing and social opportunities.
Research by Livability, the disability charity, reveals that Government efforts to widen access to job, training and housing arenas is seriously undermined by a lack of information and poor coordination of services countrywide. This failure condemns many disabled young people to a life of denied opportunities.
