Apr. 27--A year ago this month, the Duluth Superior Community Foundation named 31 people "community catalysts" and asked them to spend the next 12 months studying how to improve the Twin Ports community.
Six months ago, the News Tribune asked the catalysts how they were doing. Now, those people and civic leaders not affiliated with the group have praise for the work that's been done and high expectations for what's to come.
