What you eat affects global warming.

An often-neglected option in the effort to reduce global warming is lessening the consumption of meat. Researchers from a variety of scientific disciplines have published a series of six papers that attempt to fully understand the health risks from climate change and then use this information to develop effective international policies to slow the rate of climate change.
