NEW YORK, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Hot Springs County District Number 1's (WY) $6,480,000 General Obligation Building Bonds, Series 1995 are rated 'BBB' by Fitch. The series bonds are selling competitively on Dec. 19 and mature serially June 1, 1996-2010. Bonds maturing on and after Dec. 1, 2004 are subject to optional redemption at 101, declining thereafter. The credit trend is stable.
The series 1995 bonds were voter approved and are backed by an unlimited ad valorem tax. Bond proceeds will be used to help finance the construction of a new middle school and various site improvements. The district has no other direct debt outstanding, and current per capita debt ...
