CHITTAGONG, April 30 Asia Pulse - This was the first sale of the season here Tuesday and it attracted very strong demand from Packers/Blenders.

There was also strong support from the Loose tea segment of the market. Export buyers were out-priced and best liquoring dusts strongly competed for.

CTC LEAF: 16,603 packages and (564 packages of Old Season) on offer met with a very strong demand and prices were higher than Sellers' expectations.

BROKENS: All Brokens were a strong market and prices were generally Tk.7/- to Tk.12/- above Brokers valuations especially for the good liquoring smaller Brokens. These could be quoted between Tk.117/- and ...
