The Africa Travel Market looks set to be a sell-out success in Johannesburg next year as the international tourism industry comes to realise that Africa is one of the world's fastest growing markets.
The idea of a travel market dedicated to the whole of the African tourism industry was made concrete for the first time at last November's World Travel Market in London. The Africa Travel Market launch stand was doing a roaring trade, with space sold for next year's show already well over 50%.
To be held at the Gallagher Estate in Johannesburg, South Africa, from 3-6 October 1996, the show will be the first of its kind focusing on both inbound and outbound tourism ...
