LEAWOOD, Kan. & MUNICH, Germany -- Euronet Worldwide, Inc.'s ("Euronet" or the 'Company") (NASDAQ:EEFT) prepaid subsidiary, Transact, today announced a prepaid agreement with Aral AG ("Aral"), Germany's largest operator of petrol stations. Aral is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche BP AG, the German subsidiary of the British mineral oil group BP plc.

Under the agreement, Transact will be the technical partner providing electronic top-up (e-top-up) solution for prepaid mobile airtime and other predetermined prepaid products at Aral company-owned and franchised stations in Germany.
