HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Health System is the name of the new health system created through the merger of Polyclinic Health System and Capital Health System, as approved by the new System's Board of Directors. The new system took effect on December 31, 1995.
