PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. -- Homeowners Choice, Inc. (or the "Company") (http://www.hcpci.com) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of up to approximately $10 million.
The offering of units consists of one share of its common stock and one warrant. Two warrants may be exercised to purchase one share of the Company's common stock. The Company's placement agents will be selling the units on a minimum/maximum "best efforts" basis.
