The original objectives and accomplishments of education leaders in the past can inspire us to further enrich our disciplines of health, physical education, recreation, and dance. Interviews with these mentors, as well as other research on their lives and work, can motivate us to continue striving for our goals. We therefore need to fill our archives with compelling stories and develop tools for adding interviews to dance history classes.
