1 Overall rehabilitation of the ammonium chloride market

China manufactured 5.85 million tons of ammonium chloride from January to October 2007. Output for 2007 is forecast to exceed 7.00 million tons, an increase of around 700 000 tons over the previous year. China exported 516 000 tons of ammonium chloride in 2007, an increase of 125.3%. Of that total, 426 000 tons of ammonium chloride was exported as fertilizer, an increase of 193%, and 90 000 tons of ammonium chloride was exported for industrial purposes, an in crease of 7.1%.
